Last updated: 20 June 2026. This policy explains how LoadLink handles personal information for customer bookings, driver profiles, dispatcher operations, payments, and delivery tracking.
We collect information needed to operate a courier marketplace, including customer names, email addresses, cellphone numbers, pickup and drop-off details, booking notes, payment references, and delivery status updates.
For drivers, we may collect profile details such as name, email address, cellphone number, vehicle type, number plate, licence or permit details, availability, working area, job status, and earnings records.
We use information to create accounts, calculate courier prices, process booking requests, support payment confirmation, assign suitable drivers, track delivery progress, calculate driver payouts, prevent misuse, and communicate about platform operations.
Dispatcher access is used to review paid requests, view registered driver availability, assign jobs, and monitor delivery progress.
Customer information is shared only as needed to process a booking, assign a driver, complete a delivery, support payment handling, and comply with legal or safety requirements.
Drivers can access their own profile, assigned jobs, trip status, and earnings. Customers can access their own booking and tracking records. Dispatchers can access operational records required to manage requests and driver assignments.
Payment flows are used to confirm customer payment before a request is released for dispatch. Payment references and status may be stored for record keeping, reconciliation, support, and payout calculations. Full card details should be handled only by a secure payment gateway.
LoadLink uses account-based access, role separation, and database security rules to limit access to information. Users must keep passwords private and report suspected unauthorised access.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where legally permitted. Some booking, payment, dispatch, and safety records may need to be retained for operational, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons.
