LoadLink is a courier marketplace that connects customers who need bakkie or truck services with registered drivers. Dispatchers review paid requests, assign suitable drivers, and monitor operational progress.

Accounts

Customers and drivers must provide accurate account information. Drivers must provide accurate vehicle, licence, permit, contact, and availability information. Dispatcher access is restricted to approved operational users.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Bookings And Payments

Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, load, access, and handling details. Pricing is calculated from the provided route, vehicle, load, and handling information.

Payment must be confirmed before a request is released for dispatcher assignment. Booking availability, driver assignment, and pickup timing may depend on driver availability, route conditions, safety checks, and operational review.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must keep availability and working area up to date, respond to assigned jobs honestly, operate safe and roadworthy vehicles, comply with applicable laws, and update trip progress accurately.

Driver payouts are calculated from completed jobs and may be subject to verification, dispute review, or payment provider processing timelines.

Restricted Use

You may not use LoadLink for unlawful goods, unsafe transport, fraudulent bookings, harassment, false account information, unauthorised access, or activity that harms customers, drivers, dispatchers, the platform, or the public.

Service Limits

LoadLink aims to provide reliable access, pricing, tracking, and dispatch tools, but service availability may be affected by network issues, third-party providers, payment systems, mapping data, or operational conditions.

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
